    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp; Rob tech 116,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are multiple reason for this&lt;BR /&gt;1)&amp;nbsp; Run time resources&amp;nbsp; should be running( Might be possible the communication between run time resource and server&amp;nbsp; has delay in response or connection lost )&lt;BR /&gt;2) Login Agent service went to offline( Restarting login Agent service and VM will fix this issue)&lt;BR /&gt;3) Depends on the infrastructure and Virtual Machines&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To avoid this issue its better to&amp;nbsp; restart the servers&amp;nbsp; monthly once and&amp;nbsp; also&amp;nbsp; restart the Vm's daily basis.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To my best knowledge these are some of the potential issues but&amp;nbsp; not limited, there might be n no of other reasons based on the VM's&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also Configure&amp;nbsp; to get logs from Login Agent but recommended only for troubleshooting purpose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;BR /&gt;Please try to provide your valuable comments for this query.&lt;BR /&gt;1. When one of production machines is in Offline state, what could be the problem?&lt;BR /&gt;2. When it appears as offline in Prod&amp;gt;Control&amp;gt;Resources, but it is powered on and active when checked over remote access.
