Enable the Data Gateways process in v6.5

Hi,
I am setting up data gateways using BluePrism 6.5. I have configured following steps so far:

installed the data gateways engine
created data gateways SQL login and user
added data gateways credential
Configured the Blue Prism Data Gateways settings
Created a Data Gateways configuration to write to database

But, I could not enable the data gateways process in control panel. Could someone help me in this step - "Enable the Data Gateways process". I am not able to find this in the guide.

I've faced lots of issue configuring Data Gateway.
First of all check out the Event Viewer for error you're getting.
Make sure TCP is enabled on port 1433 for sql server, also make sure mixed mode is enabled. If you are still facing issue separate out the instance name is connection string.
