topic Alert if process stuck in Product Forum

Is there a way to configure an alert if the process gets stuck? I have process that seemingly got stuck using Mapiex, no errors were thrown so the process just sat there. I appreciate any of the alert stages would need to have the robot run through them to work, however is there any other way to get an alert if the robot hasn€™t moved on after so long?

It depends on your version

It depends on your version and what the process is doing. From 5.0.24 it's possible to define a global timeout value in application modeller for Read, Write and Navigate stages if the target application becomes unresponsive. But Mapiex is a code stage, not application modeller, so this feature would not apply here.

I think it might be worth raising a ticket with our support team to see if they can look into it for you.
