Read value from Outlook Body in Blue Prism

I have a case where i am extracting mail body using Blue Prism. While extracting all fields, in one specific field value there is one table, such as follows:

But while reading the content of email body, its coming in plain text such as :

Cost Center

Number

Allocation%

0010011094

5006121716

Hence i want to extract the same in one collection such as it appears in Mail Body. Need help.
