Webservice port change

Hi All,

By default all the webservice are made available on port 8181, how to change it some other port? also in case if we are working in a new environment how to check whether on which port webservice's are available?

kindly help me in this regard.

Hi Akila,

The default port of Blue Prism processes that are hosted as web service will be 8181. This can be changed if you start your run time with a port you need. Please refer the Installing Enterprise Edition guide for more details. A sample is below

"C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\automate.exe" /resourcepc /public /port 8182 /user admin admin

Whatever port is given here, will be used by the Run Time to host the web service.

Hi Bimal,

I have two process first process is exposed as WSDL and running on 8181, from that I need to run the another process on same machine on a different port like 8182, so how can ensure that resource machine can listen on both the port.
