&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, an error stack alone is typically not enough to start a troubleshooting investigation to get recommendations on how to proceed. This type of troubleshooting also may be more involved than could be covered in a Community post, so if you haven't already, I would recommend you submit a Support ticket for this issue with the following additional information:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Context about this issue, like what step of the Interact installation this is occurring in, steps taken prior to receiving this error, if this is an upgrade or a fresh install of 4.7, etc., providing the specific documentation you're following for the installation&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Environmental info, like O/S version, in when environment this is occurring, version details of Blue Prism + Hub in this environment, etc.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Logs containing the exception stack you pasted above with relevant timestamps for reference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We are trying to install Interact 4.7, but we are below getting error during installation, which we are not able to identify can any help us on this error.&lt;/P&gt;
