web Based Java Application and BP Freeze

Hello All, I am working on web-based java application to copy the data and paste it to excel. i am facing issue with the application sometime the application freezes due to which bp also freeze. if we close the ie window BP starts working in normal mode. i also tried to use Application manager mode as External 32 bit with wait time as 3 min however its the same it does not throw any exception. kindly find the attached application modeller screenshot. Please let me know how to solve it. Regards, Sachin Bais

A couple of suggestions:
Please make sure you have installed the up to date JAB, if your current version is out dated already. Make sure it is error-free during your installation process.
