Hi Shirley, this isn't after a reboot, this is after a login. I suspect a network issue also. What I'd try to do is a telnet to the application server using 8199 then 8181, see if either of those ports are blocked. Do you login using the login agent from the application server?

Have anyone encountered "server connection lost" on resource PC right after reboot?

One of our robot is having this issue. Every time, 1:30 minute post reboot it loses connection to the application server, showing error message: "Server connection lost".

There's no internet connectivity interruptions and the event log shows identical log as other functioning robots (security settings, windows settings, and auto-login settings are all identical).

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Potentially that sounds more like a network issue in your environment than a Blue Prism product issue. Can you get your IT department to install some kind of network monitor on that PC to find out what is happening?
