Hello,

We are trying to automate a browser based application using edge(tried with chrome too).

I am getting the below error message "Failed to launch application. Category does not exist"

I have installed all the required extensions as well.

BP version : v7.0.0
Browser extension: Blue Prism 7.0 Browser Extension
Edge Browser : 101.0.1210.39
chrome: 101.0.4951.64

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Roshini

Can you send us the details of the application model you have set up for this? it might give a better understanding of what could be causing this.
