      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Need automation ideas to implement a call back process with avaya softphone from a chat tool.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our chat gets disconnected often with the customers resulting in&amp;nbsp; a bad customer experience.
