      <description>My the outlook profile setting is like this. (Attachment1)

And I can get any mails from this folder by mapiex VBO.ï¼ˆå&amp;#143;—ä¿¡ãƒˆãƒ¬ã‚¤ï¼‰

But in my outlook interface, there are some folders which I can not do anything with. (Attachment2)

I guess there are local folder which is not exist on mail server. How can I manipulate with that?</description>

      <description>If I am not mistaken this could happen when different versions of Outlook were used.
&amp;nbsp;
A workaround was to rename the folder, let BluePrism create the folder and then it worked.
Or you could try renaming the folder, creating a new folder and then move everything in</description>
