Have you tried restating your mobile and see if you are able to login, also please try to keep the queries under one thread as it is easier to follow through.

You should be able to contact your Proctor who is overseeing your exam and let them know about the issue. They should be able to assist you so you can take your exam.

If you are doing an online exam, there should be somebody who is assisting you with the exam, a proctor, they will be monitoring you while you take your exam.
