Win32 Elements not spying some time.

Hi,

I have developed a process, Basically its a Web Based(Ms Edge) process but I have used both Modes(Browser Mode & Win32 Mode). It is working fine from last 15 days and now I am facing a issue that Blue Prism unable to spying the elements which is spy in win32 mode.

Does any one facing the same issue ?

Hi Yogender,

I would leave it to others to comment on if they have encountered the same issue.

At the same time, I would recommend spy one of the failed elements using a separate element and see how it compares with the original element. This may give you clue on what has changed.

One possibility is with auto-updates by MS Edge. If this is the problem you are encountering, try to find ways to disable browsers from making updates automatically.

Can you check if there is some version upgrade to either Edge browser or the application ? Its worth re-spying once and comparing the attributes of the last spy and current attributes to see what changed exactly .
