"403 - Forbidden" Error message while enrolling for Data gateway course of 5 hours

I can see Data Gateway Course of 5 hours in Blueprism University but on enrolling, getting " 403 - Forbidden - You don't have access to visit the page". Earlier I faced similar issue for other course but it was solved when I got a link to the course from the thread. Hoping for the same this time.
