Pearson account / Professional developer certificate

Hello !

I am facing an issue while trying to book an appointment to take the test for the professional developer certificate. This certificate requires me to have already passed the Developer certificate, which I have already passed. However, I took the previous exam using a Person account associated with my previous employer's email address, which I no longer have access to. How can I add my old certificates to my Pearson account so that I can take the professional developer test?
