      <description>Saurabh,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have looked at your portal account and it is active and set up correctly as is your account in the LMS. If you are still having issues, please can you fill out our contact form so that we can further investigate this issue for you.       <description>The issue got fixed the next day bit late and there was a sense of urgency at that time due to my scheduled AD01 certification on 20th Dec.
