Pearson Vue update for test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe.

Pearson Vue continues to work hard to make decisions that will resume testing where possible while protecting the health and safety of candidates and employees.

Governments reinstating limiting measures for operation due to the volatility of COVID-19 remains an ongoing possibility, and as a result of any updates, Pearson Vue will adjust their testing capacity and/or operations accordingly.

These adjustments may require additional cancellations of candidate appointments.

Manila, Philippines

Recently released government guidance allows for an increase in appointment capacity in the PPC to approximately 30% (dependent upon local test centre layout) beginning November 20.

Adelaide, South Australia (PPC)

A lockdown order has been called for South Australia beginning November 19 through November 24 affecting the Adelaide, South Australia PPC
Affected candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails shortly
New appointment availability begins November 25
Pearson Vue are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centres that are operational

Turkey (PPC)

Turkey has imposed partial lockdowns which include curfews on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays effective November 20, thereby reducing the PPC hours of operation on these days in compliance with the order

Scotland (PPCs)

Effective November 20 through December 10, Pearson Vue must limit exam delivery for programs that qualify as essential services only at these sites: Glasgow, Clydebank, Ayr, and Stirling PPCs in Scotland
Affected candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails shortly
New appointment availability (for essential and non-essential services programs) begins December 11
Pearson Vue are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centres that are operational

England (PPCs)

Previous communications indicated the mandatory lockdown in England to be effective from November 5 through December 1. The targeted end date has been amended to be December 2. Exam delivery remains limited to programs that qualify as essential services only
