Happy Friday All,

Did you know we have an FAQ page, located on our Blue Prism university website dedicated to answering all your questions?!

Here's a few examples of some of our most frequently asked questions.

Go to our purchase portal for Training environments
Select “Self-paced courses” from the top menu
Select the training environment/s that you require based on the courses and lab times that you need
Click on the shopping cart and select “add”
You can add further environments or check out Enter your information and check

Once logged into your LMS account:

Click on the 3 lines in the upper left-hand corner next to the Blue Prism Logo
Click on MY ACTIVITES and this will bring up a dashboard
Click on COURSES
For any courses you completed, you should see a medal listed. Click on the medal.
Once you have clicked on the medal, download your certificate.
