Hello @Nalin Angammana,

You'll need to provide a bit more information. Can you elaborate on what the "web application" is in this case? Is it something you're accessing via a browser instance and UI automation, or is this a REST or SOAP API that you're accessing via Code stages?

Thanks for your reply Eric,

We have a web page and bot access this page via browse and UI automation.

Currently bot, login to web page using user credentials(user Id and password) but business requirement is to use SSO Authentication instead of user ID and Password.

Assuming I got Active Directory user SSO enabled without MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) what is the best way to solve this

General best practice is that each Digital Worker has their own Active Directory account. Assuming that is the case in your environment and that you are using Login Agent to log the Digital Workers into their respective runtime resource's it seems SSO would be taken care of for you.

Regarding MFA, there are assets available on the DX that can enable Digital Workers to function with MFA enabled.
