Here are the most recent updates to test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe. Pearson Vue is closely monitoring the changing health and safety recommendations and operating restrictions by state, province, and country, and they are adjusting their operations and capacity parameters accordingly. In this challenging time, their priority remains the health and safety of their employees and testing candidates.

Please note, capacity changes will now be reflected in the Pearson Vue scheduling systems, and test-takers will receive an email reflecting the reason for any site closure. They will continue to refer testing candidates to their website for information on any face mask, vaccination or other entry requirements.

General updates:

Effective July 1, 2022, we will reinstate our standard policy regarding personal identification for testing via OnVUE in all countries except Brazil, and will no longer accept expired IDs.

United States (and US Territories) updates:

No updates for today

Rest of World updates:

Hong Kong PPC

Effective June 3, appointment capacity will be increased to 100% (from 50%)

Beijing, China PPC

Effective June 6, exam delivery will resume at 50% capacity

As a reminder, all candidates planning to take an exam in the Beijing PPC must show:

Proof of a negative PCR test result received within the timelines recommended by local authorities

Via the My Travel app that they have not travelled outside of Beijing within the 14 days immediately preceding and including the day of their exam

Shanghai, China PPCs

Effective June 6, exam delivery will resume at 50% capacity

Testing candidates must show proof of a negative PCR test result received within the previous 72 hours

Additionally, we continue delivering exams in third-party test centers around the globe, though some may be operating at limited or changed capacity.
