Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\FileToBeAppend' is denied.

how to get a privilege to create file on blue prism folder, or how to solve this error while using Append to Text File Action?

Hi @Sanaa Fallah

Usually, this kind of internal folders (C:\Program Files) are forbiden to write on it.

If you are using this like a working path for your exercise I recommend you to move out of the C:\Program Files folder.

Pretty much everything in Program Files and Program Files (x86) typically require elevated permission (Admin permission) to write to those folders. This was a change Microsoft added years ago to try and make it more difficult for spyware and trojans to replace program files. You see this any time you try to copy a file into the Blue Prism Automate folder and you get the UAC request.
