    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, everyone!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My BP password expired two weeks ago. A message on screen says me to change it after my login.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But I cannot enter into the tool, neither using previous password or BP University one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there some link about for resetting BP password?&lt;/P&gt;
