Java Spying Problem " Java Mode"

Hello

I'm facing a problem when I try to use OLEDB, I have installed the Microsoft Access Database Engine 64 bit, but it didn't work with Blue Prism. I got this error: "Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine."

I tried to install 32 bit, but it didn't install on my device.

Which Microsoft Office version you are using?

Also, the subject line states that you are facing issue with 'Java Mode'. Are you facing any issue with respect to spying java apps as well?

My Microsoft Office version is 2016

Yes I have a problem in Java Mode, it didn't work "error spying"
