Training Certificate not available in External Training

Hi,

I passed the certification exam of AD01(2018) and ASD01 (2019).
When Im about to download to certificate today, I only can see the ADO1 certificate.

Anyone encounter this issue?

We started digital badging in 2019 so any certifications you took before that time will not show in Pearson Vue. We do have information about digital badging on our FAQ page in case you are new to them. If you have any further questions about your certifications, please contact us using our contact form and a member of our team will assist you.

Hi Ms. Brenda,

Apology for late reply.
Ill be using the certificate for my Permanent Resident in my current host country.
The immigration office will not go to Credly site just to view the certification.

Is there a possible to generate a certificate for this?
