how about changing colour tolerance 0 to 10 or some another number
or set greyscale true

Hello!

It is probably because the first mapping you did you got the mouse cursor inside the field "User Name", can you see? Try to remap when it is not appearing.

Try as below.

Spy the Username Label as Image with Position 'Anywhere'. And Spy the Username Box by taking it as a Relative to the Parent (Username).
