If you try to click on the attached image of your post and try to spy the close icon as you can see I am trying to do below:<BR /><BR /><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="33181.png"><img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33283i93810C3C27DD43C3/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;px=999" role="button" title="33181.png" alt="33181.png" /></span><BR /><BR />Now in case you have this popup opened up and try to click on this close icon from your workflow it will work as shown below:<BR /><BR /><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="33182.png"><img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33274iCA39C53F31EFAD21/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;px=999" role="button" title="33182.png" alt="33182.png" /></span><BR /><BR />Now with the popup if you try to again perform this workflow you will observe still it is working and even if you would try to highlight the element you may not see the element being highlighted but still Blue Prism would never throw an error. Now your question might be why does this happen.
