    <description>&lt;P&gt;The developers' credentials stopped working around 3:15pm CST today. We looked in the database to find that the license had been changed&amp;nbsp;around this time, as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When attempting to log in to the admin account, we get the following error: "Login failed. The username or password supplied were not valid. Please try again".       <description>Hi Connor,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please contact support@blueprism.com for details on how to request the relevant admin password reset scripts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; We have several scripts which you can use to reset the password for the 'Admin' account.       <description>Hi Connor,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To Reset Admin Password, use following steps,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Please use the SQL Query to set the password in your BluePrism Database​&lt;BR /&gt;2. Open the Users table in BluePrism Database and change the password Expiry Date&lt;BR /&gt;3.
