Please see below for the most recent updates to test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe

United States Updates:

New York PPCs:

Effective May 19, Pearson VUE able to increase appointment capacity to 100% (from 50%) across all PPCs in New York

Rest of World Updates:

Mexico City, Mexico PPC:

Face Mask/Accommodations Policy Update:

Pearson VUE's face mask requirement while at test centers remains in place. However, they will now consider accommodation requests from candidates seeking exceptions from wearing face masks while testing alone in a separate room. Requests must be supported with medical documentation.

If approved:

Face masks are still required to be worn upon entry, throughout the check-in process, and until the Test Administrator has left the candidate in the separate testing room.
Face masks are also required when leaving the testing room, walking through the test center during breaks, and as exiting.
