      <description>Hello John - I did contact support@blueprism.com and on both occasions I got back a ticket number and unknown user email. The ticket numbers are 10991 and 11809. It says that they don't recognize my email and that they have never corresponded with me before on that email id. I replied back and attached prior email exchange for ticket# 8897. No response from support.</description>
