Unable to register for AD01 certification on Pearson Vue

I have been trying to register for the BluePrism Developer certification on Pearson Vue website but keep getting an error about Pearson unable to find my BluePrism information. I have supplied the correct information including my BP portal id. Anyone encountered this issue or know what the issue might be? The contact help link which I thought might give me the right Pearson Vue phone # to call seems to be broken as well.
