      <title>Microsoft SharePoint API Connectivity Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;EM&gt;We are facing an unexpected issue for one of the BOTS while connecting with the SharePoint&amp;nbsp; via API.&lt;BR /&gt;While the same code is working on the other BOTS, it is failing in this BOT. Can someone pinpoint what exactly is wrong with this BOT .&lt;BR /&gt;Please find the error listed below:&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR: System Exception : Unexpected error Error during Web API HTTP Request&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;HTTP Status Code: 403&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;_HTTP Response Content: {"error":{"code":"accessDenied","message":"Access denied","innerError"...&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/833"&gt;@ewilson&lt;/a&gt; Yes all the BOTS are using the same Client ID and Client Secret. Just the BOT ID and Password Differs.&lt;BR /&gt;Also the BOT was recently updated to M365 version. Do you think it might have lost some relevant access regarding SharePoint due to the upgrade?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Prateek​</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;A class="user-content-mention" data-sign="@" data-contactkey="e368202d-fc35-46b6-9b6a-5d6c0054b331" data-tag-text="@prateek grover" href="https://community.blueprism.com/network/profile?UserKey=e368202d-fc35-46b6-9b6a-5d6c0054b331" data-itemmentionkey="1fcada76-45c9-4af1-8eac-04a9b01bae49"&gt;@prateek grover&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since the only difference appears to be the user ID and password of the bot, I would agree that it seems there's a permissions issues or something similar related to that specific user account. Definitely review the permissions on the SharePoint site for that user.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Eric​</description>
