Hyperlinks in handbook pdf not working

Hi everyone

As I am checking the SSC-Blue-Prism®-Associate-Developer-Certification-Handbook.pdf under https://university.blueprism.com/assets/uploads/images/SSC-Blue-Prism%C2%AE-Associate-Developer-Certification-Handbook.pdf none of the hyperlinks are actual ones (only formatting of the fonts makes it look like one) but they don't have any endpoints mapped to them.

Does anyone have the link to the proper handbook?
I got it from the certification page: Associate Developer Certification
