However i cannot get the INSERT INTO part working, i have copied the example one and adjusted the sheet names to match and data columns to match but it keeps coming up with a Syntax error, i have tried using every way i can think to alter the SQL string to work but each time it does not seem to happen. I dont have much experience using SQL language so iam worried i'm a bit stuck since i have been trying since yesterday.
