Import Release/Skill Greyed Out

Hi,

I'm interested in learning Blue Prism so I signed up for the Blue Prism Foundation Training. However, when I try to import the release related to the foundation training setup, I noticed that the Release/Skill is greyed out under Import. I downloaded the Learning edition as per the instructions. How do I get the right access so I can continue training?

Hi Yali,

Have you created any process on the learning edition? the license of learning edition allows only 5 process and 2 sessions and 1 digital worker. the import release might got grayed out since there is no room for process to be imported within the license limit. try retiring existing process and see if the import option is coming up.
