Possibility to change email account to the certificate

Hello,

I’m planning to apply for the Professional Developer Certification, but I have a problem because the Developer certification is registered with an email from my last job and I am not able to get into that account anymore.

It is possible to change the email registered for the certification for being able to take the Professional Developer Certification? Has anyone had this issue before and It was solved?
