What does MI stand for?

Hi, everyone,

I've searched extensively for this online and on Blue Prism, but I can't find the answer to this: what does MI stand for?

I just started seeing this acronym in some of the modules, but I don't recall it ever being introduced. Usually it's in relation to an "MI report." I'm sure it will seem obvious once someone informs me.

Hi Joe,

When we say MI report it basically means Management Information Reporting and it is done primarily on the work queues for each processes but is not only limited to those. In Blue Prism we can export the queue details which can give us various key information such as exception rate of a process, error to success ratio, overall volume on a monthly/weekly/daily/yearly/quarterly basis, peak volume data, overall processing time and many more details.

Queue reporting along with other analytical dashboards help us to get those key information which constitutes of a MI report.
