Need confirmation letter from Blue Prism

Hi!

I have passed the Blue Prism Developer Exam and received a badge.

But my future employer doubts that certifications issued by Credly are valid Blue Prism certifications. And thus he is asking for letter-confirmation from Blue Prism.

Is there any of the Blue Prism representative, who can help with this issue?

I wanted to contact Blue Prism Support via email, however Support Portal is not accessble for me for some reason.

Your future employer can utilise the following site to verify your (or anyone else's) Blue Prism Certification credentials.

https://www.credly.com/org/blue-prism/verify

Just enter your email address or full name to verify the details.

We provide a digital badge for our certification exams as it is widely recognized in the industry as a way to confirm your certification. We do not provide letters to confirm badges have been issued but if your employer wants to confirm your badge, they just need to use this link -credly.com/org/blue-prism/verify and search for your name.

You will need to ensure that your badge is visible in order for them to do this so please have a look at our FAQ about digtal badging for ways to make your badge visible.

Hi @salbaha ,

You can inform your employer that Credly is globally accepted for holding the certification credentials of IT professionals or the other way is getting your badge downloaded from the Pearson Vue login. Even if this doesn't work out for you here's the support email that you can write for: support@blueprism.com. You might get some help from them.

You can download your exam report from the personvue which contains all the information related your exam.
