Blue Prism portal ID on Pearson

How can ensure that my Pearson Vue account is linked to my account, given that in Pearson Vue it is written that my Blue Prism portal ID is BP00002986 not georgeibram as in Blue Prism account.

Hi George,
What was the portal id you gave when you created the account on Pearson Vue for the first time ?
Ideally it wouldn't have allowed you to create an account on Pearson Vue in case you don't provide a valid BP portal id

HI George,

Your Blue Prism and Pearson Vue accounts no longer have to match in regards to the ID so the information you posted should be fine as long as you can log into both accounts.

So if i understood correctly , Pearson Vue account's email and the bp portal email can be different ?
