i need assistance ; its not working for me

I'm encountering issues with entering a date in a website's input field and also selecting a defined option from a dropdown list, which can also allow text entry and pressing enter. The actions don’t appear on the site, and no errors are shown. I’ve also tried using Global Send Keys within a navigation stage but it is still not successful. Could you please help?
