Desktop Icons Selected on RR

Hi All,

I am seeing a strange behaviour on one of our RR.
Everytime we reboot this resources, all the desktop icons shows selected by default. Due to this various automations fail until someone manual de select these icons.

Please advise.

Hi Harsh,

I doubt this behaviour is something which the Blue Prism software is doing, unless you have a process configured to perform this selection task.

If you have done some investigation and are confident this is being done by the Blue Prism, then please raise a ticket at support@blueprism.com
