error with chrome while using learning edition v7.4

I downloaded Blueprism Learning edition and blueprism extension was automatically connected. but while launching project from software getting following error.

Failed to launch application - The browser extension was not detected, please check that it has been installed and enabled. For more information, see the browser extension user guide.

Can you cross-check whether the browser extension is the correct version?

also ensure in the edge settings start up option is disabled

There are other reasons for the failure. Please check below KB article below. You need to select Customer Sign in and use the same credentials as Blue Prism Portal.

using learning edition v7.4 and chrome version (133.x...)

As per compatibilty i downgraded my chrome to 130.xx but same issues occuring
