      <title>Accessing University Content</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am unable to access any University content via the website. When I click on a course e.g. the Decipher IDP Foundation training it takes me to a log in page but when I attempt to "sign in with customer portal" the screen says that "something went wrong" and that's it. Has anybody got any idea how I can resolve this to access the content I need?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks to everyone for their support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2193"&gt;@bweschke&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;resolved the issue for me. The cause of the issue was that my university account had been deactivated due to inactivity. When the account was reactivated I was able to successfully access the university content.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
