Clicking the OK Button

Hi team,

I am facing an issue

I am doing an consolidated exercise in blue prism foundation training where i am pressing the ok button in centrix data solution after getting the order reference number

see the image below

So after getting the order reference number ie ( 000966 from pop up) i need to click the OK button. I used navigate stage and use press option for the ok button

But when i run the process, it is going through the ok button stage (Navigate) but it is not clicking the OK Button.
But it is not throwing any error.

Why so?

Can anyone help me to know and resolve this issue

Hi Nived,

Try to use the Win32 spy mode and spy all popup window, then use the navigator "Activate Application" to active the popup window before you click on the "Press".
You can also use the "Click mouse center" instead of the "Press".
