    <description>&lt;P&gt;Its Great ... with current BP desktop version , we build the automation with email format for human in loop based automation.&lt;BR /&gt;where ever we need human in loop then will send the email with specific format and user will reply and based on that reply we take decision and will keep the bot active until we receive any response in our outlook specific folder.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for immediate attention we can integrate Webex API to post message in webex group for any urgent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
