I believe that there used to be videos that referenced various exercises in the foundation training on this portal and was wondering where I could find them or if they don't exist anymore.

Looks like it's been mostly taken away. However, I still see 6 exercises in the Induction Course: https://portal.blueprism.com/learning/induction-course

The simulations were removed

The simulations were removed because we found some trainees were simply copying them rather than following the training manual. We would rather trainees always follow the manual and spend time attempting the exercises independantly than using the simulations - you should have a mentor allocated to you if you get stuck.
