      <description>Hi Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying to book exam for the blue prism certification but I am unable to do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am getting error saying that "&lt;SPAN&gt;Are your details correct? We couldn't find a match in our system. Make changes and try again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I follow the below steps :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://portal.blueprism.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://portal.blueprism.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;-&amp;gt; Certification -&amp;gt; Book Your Exam -&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.pearsonvue.co.uk/blueprism" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.pearsonvue.co.uk/blueprism&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;-&amp;gt;create an account -&amp;gt; given first name(Kanchan) last name (Namdeo) Blue prism portal id(kanchan_namdeo) -&amp;gt;clicking on next button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;after that i am getting&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;"&lt;SPAN&gt;Are your details correct? We couldn't find a match in our system.
