How to implement process alerts? I can't find it on LMS

@devneetmohanty07 Thank you so much for uploading this video, I did exactly the same for process alerts but what's next? just using alerts stage in my work? I tried to use alerts with expression and tun it both from control room and process studio and nothing showed up, did I miss something?

Hi @SamLima,

Check few things from your end once as listed below:

1) Go to System tab -> Security -> User and select the appropriate user from the user tree and click on the right hand side hamburger icon and select 'Configure Process Alerts' option as shown below:

2) Ensure you have selected the process for which you want the alerts to be generated:

3) Make sure you select the notification methods which I recommend generally as Popup Alert, Play Sound and Taskbar Icon along with Business Process settings as Completed, Stopped, Failed (When the process will be finishing to be executed) and Stage (Which basically will be triggered when the workflow reaches your Alert stage):

Click on 'Apply' and 'OK':

4) Ensure your process alert monitor service is running. You can turn it on by going to CMD and providing the below commands:

Automate /alerts /user "<username>" "<password>"

You should be able to see this action in your task bar hidden icons section:

5) Now run the process from Control Room which has the alert configured in the prior steps:
