Real-world AI use cases and adoption - what's your progress?

Hello community!

Yesterday, we hosted the wonderful @niti.grover @florenceshum1105 and @ozge.ozargun on our regular Lunch & Learn webinar, who shared the various GenAI use cases already being deployed with SS&C and our customer organizations. They covered:

What Generative AI is and the common applications of it
How SS&C Blue Prism customers are currently deploying Generative AI in their organizations
The tools and frameworks currently available within the SS&C Blue Prism ecosystem to support these deployments

As we covered in the session, research has unveiled that 70% of organizations are already utilising AI in some capacity, and we're keen to encourage some knowledge sharing on the realities of this for automation teams. So our question to you is...

Hi,

i'd love to see how AI is actually implemented in a process. How complicated is this, how large is the process, how many hours will I need to implement a very easy AI solution, f.e. answering a simple question or letting an AI summarize a text for me. What are the prerequisites, what are the costs?

It's nice to know that its possible and that others are already doing it but for me it will be a blackbox until I start it.

Whilst it doesn't answer all of your questions, the wonderful @zdenek.kabatek wrote up his work on combining an AI image recognition model with Blue Prism to automatically assess parking fine images.
