Hello everyone. I’m thrilled to announce the latest product releases for Chorus 25.1.1 and operational Analytics 3.0. This release is packed with exciting enhancements and features, from AI-powered workflows to streamlined user management, and improved case management to enhanced analytics capabilities.
In this post, we'll give you a sneak peek at what's new and what you can expect from our latest update, so let's get started and see what's in store.
Capture to Email AI Workflow through Chorus Capture
Capture jobs process mailboxes, create work items, and move emails to the completed folder, after which the email AI app can classify and extract information using the available schema. Capture 2.0 also increases message body limits and exposes inbox names, with future releases allowing header configuration as name-value pairs.
Chorus User Profile Cloning and Auditing
The reintroduction of user ID profile cloning in the portal application, allowing clients to clone privileges without security settings per user role. Enhanced auditing now records who performed the clone and what was affected, addressing longstanding administrative challenges.
Chorus Case Management and Processor Workspace Enhancements
A new option allows clients to adjust the refresh rate for related tasks in case management, with a default of half a second, to better accommodate automation completion times. Processor Workspace now supports exporting history to CSV or PDF, introduces a legacy data history tab, and reintroduces a table view for work lists with configurable fields and user preferences.
API Automation for Chorus Revisable Object (ROS) and fax outbound status
Enhancements to revisable object support include the ability to finalize documents early in the process via API, with admin options for output format (PDF, TIF, or native). This functionality does not require a new ROS release. Another API enables automated checking of fax outbound status from design studio, allowing for retries or reprocessing if unsuccessful.
Chorus Communications and Word Add-In Improvements
The Word add-in is now backward compatible with multiple server versions, disables unsupported features based on version checks, and validates font availability at design and import time, prompting users to correct unavailable fonts. Users can export font validation results for further review.
Chorus HTML Content Viewer and Source Logging
HTML CV3.0 introduces enhanced source audit logging and the ability to open documents from external systems, supporting both single and multiple document requests.
Operational Analytics 3.0
Operational Analytics 3.0 features an upgraded WebFOCUS version (9.3.4) and improved designer tool capabilities for data manipulation and reporting. The upgrade enhances navigation and data upload flexibility and allows INFOASSIST reports to be converted within the designer tool.
I hope you have found this update useful and informative. We do have more information is available on the Chorus Customer Center.
If you have any feedback or suggestions for improvements, share them on the ideas board.
Thanks so much.
