I find it weird that the comments under Idea are shown as latest first unlike several social media platforms where the latest comment is shown at the last. Because of this i have to scroll down a lot to find out the chain of comments.
This is a great suggestion, and something I've noticed too! I've raised it to our vendor, in hopes that they can release this as an enhancement in the future. While we wait for their response, I've marked this idea as Under Consideration. I will update you here once we hear back from them on this.
Hi Harshit, Unfortunately after a long wait it doesn't look like our platform vender has an update for this enhancement feature. For that reason we've marked your idea as not planned, however we do run through ideas in that status so we may review it again in the future. Thanks so much, Amy
